About Kali Psychology

Kali Psychology was founded in 2025 as a space for transformation and specialized support rooted in diversity. Of Sanskrit origin, the name Kali evokes the strength necessary to navigate transitions, break down barriers, and reconstruct our identity in new environments.

At Kali Psychology, I believe in psychology without borders—a practice where cultural context, language, and migratory history are not obstacles, but fundamental elements of the therapeutic process and the path toward mental well-being.

As a transcultural psychologist, my role is to provide you with the tools to turn your process of change into a journey of self-discovery and wellness. My personal and professional trajectory has taught me that discovering, rediscovering, and harnessing your own strengths is the key to a healthier life.

I feel it is essential to support those who, like me, have felt at some point a lack of clear references to understand themselves within their own cultural diversity.

I have walked—and continue to walk—this path of identity. With roots in the Tamil-Singaporean diaspora and Andalusia, I grew up in a multicultural environment, surrounded by people from all five continents. As an adult, I have lived in several countries and maintain a deep personal and professional connection with Mali and Senegal. This journey allows me to normalize super-diversity in all its forms: mobility, multicultural relationships, and coexistence in diverse societies such as Málaga.

“My approach to transcultural psychotherapy is not merely academic; it is born from my own life story and a profound connection with people from diverse realities. My practice is enriched by my encounters with those navigating conflict zones, complex migratory processes, or situations of inequality.”
